The HomeBranches Brokerage Program lets a brokerage sponsor HomeBranches for its agents and gift a HomeBranches subscription to their clients. These terms apply in addition to our Terms of Service. In case of conflict on brokerage-specific topics, these terms control.
1. White Label Access
Brokerages may configure a HomeBranches presence with their brokerage name, logo, and brand colors on shared surfaces where enabled (invitation pages, gift redemption, and select in-app elements). HomeBranches remains the underlying service provider, and users see appropriate "Powered by HomeBranches" or equivalent attribution where required. Branding rights are non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable if the sponsorship ends or these terms are broken.
2. Agent Seats
A brokerage subscription includes a base number of agent seats and can be expanded with additional seats. Each active agent gets one seat, which includes:
- Full HomeBranches Premium access on the agent's own account.
- The ability to gift HomeBranches subscriptions to their clients within the brokerage's client-gift capacity.
- A dashboard for tracking gifted clients and conversion.
Seats are for named individual agents at the brokerage. Sharing a seat between multiple people, or assigning a seat to someone who isn't a licensed agent at the brokerage, isn't allowed.
3. Client Gifting
Each agent seat comes with a defined number of client-gift slots. A gift creates a full HomeBranches account for the client, at no cost to them, for the period specified in the offer.
- The client owns their account and their content, always.
- The client controls privacy on their own records.
- The agent and brokerage never see the client's private data.
- When a gift ends, the client can continue with a paid subscription. If they don't, their data isn't deleted immediately — they have a reasonable window to export.
4. Seat Limits
Client-gift capacity is calculated from your active agent seats (and any additional seats you've purchased). You can see current capacity, used slots, and available slots in the brokerage dashboard at any time. When you're near capacity, add seats to keep gifting.
5. Subscription and Billing
Brokerage plans are billed monthly or annually to the brokerage owner. Prices, seat counts, and gift capacity are shown before you subscribe. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
If a brokerage subscription ends, agent seats are deactivated at the end of the billing period. Client gifts already issued continue for their remaining term — clients are never cut off because the sponsoring brokerage stopped paying.
Taxes may apply based on your billing address. Refunds are handled case-by-case.
6. Branding Rights
By uploading your brokerage name, logo, or brand assets, you grant HomeBranches the limited rights needed to display them on the surfaces you enable. You confirm you have the right to use those assets. You can update or remove your branding at any time from the brokerage dashboard.
HomeBranches may mention the brokerage as a customer in customer lists or marketing collateral in a neutral way; let us know in writing if you'd like to opt out.
7. Account Management
The brokerage owner can:
- Invite and remove agent seats.
- Add or reduce seat count (subject to plan minimums).
- Update brokerage branding.
- View aggregate statistics — active agents, gifts issued, conversions.
Brokerage administrators never have access to individual client accounts, private client records, or any content a client hasn't chosen to share. Aggregate stats never expose personal client data.
8. Compliance and Conduct
The brokerage is responsible for making sure agents use HomeBranches in line with applicable real estate laws, MLS rules, and advertising regulations in the jurisdictions where they operate. HomeBranches is a tool for organizing home information — it isn't legal, tax, or real estate advice for you or your clients.
9. Ending the Program
Either side may end the brokerage subscription. HomeBranches may end the program early if these terms or the underlying Terms of Service are materially broken (for example, sharing agent seats, misusing client data, or infringing the branding grant). Client accounts and content survive the end of a brokerage relationship.
10. Everything Else
Sections of the main Terms of Service covering acceptable use, limitation of liability, intellectual property, and governing law apply to the Brokerage Program as well.
